Duties commonly performed on our sites:
Securing all access points (All doors, windows, and parking structures)
Keeping all common areas free of hazardous safety concerns
Identifying non-residents and escorting them off of the grounds if they are not welcome
Enforcing all property rules set forth by the property management
Informing property management of problem areas by report & notifying management of emergencies that occur after hours
Creating a visible presence to deter crime and handle all criminal activity with professionalism and cooperation of local law enforcement

Our officers provide alarm response, answer calls from homeowners, and patrol your community in uniform and in marked law-enforcement style vehicles. It's not uncommon to see CID officers on foot greeting the community and becoming acquainted with all of our residents
SECURITY PATROL SERVICES
CID offers patrol service as a security measure and deterrent, by patrolling the parking areas and perimeter of our clients’ property. Our patrol service is a cost effective crime deterrent solution
CID ensures that each property receives personalized attention from our staff of qualified officers and administrators. From the day we are hired, we are dedicated to each client’s individual needs, familiarizing ourselves with the property and personnel of the particular location. CID Security offers a dedicated mobile patrol for clients who require a security presence without the added cost of a full-time security guard. We can provide lock-down service, noise control, property patrol, parking enforcement, and on-call emergency services. For private property and gated communities such as HOA communities throughout Texa,s we offer full-time uniformed security officers as well as dedicated vehicle patrol services. Our CID Security officer will always be impeccably dressed in one of our uniforms, designed to present an image of authority, professionalism, and deterrence.
Bike Patrol Officer
Security services using bike patrols have some very distinct advantages. The greatest advantage is that it allows for the security officers to interact close up with people during regular patrols.
Temporary Assignments
Accident, fire, weather or other emergencies can cause a client’s residence or business to require temporary on-site security.
