Had a sewage problem and called Creekline and they came out the next morning. Very professional and knowledgeable. I asked them to check my septic to see if it needed pumping as they came to do a grease clean out. But I had to ask, he didnâ t try to up sale me. Thank goodness my tanks were good. Grease trap was pumped and lines blown out. All the smell is gone! Thanks Yancey you are an awesome man! God bless you. Definitely would give them a 10 star! Great company. More...

These guys were terrific! They kept in touch with me throughout 3 weeks of rain, waiting for a dry enough day. I had the extra issue of a tree root on top of a tank, and they took care of that as well. They first came out within an hour of contact to look at my issue and had me a quote by that night. Then, of course, we had all the rain and nothing could be done. When they were finally able to do the work, it turned out to be more tree root and not broken tank as I was led to believe by another company last year. That company did not even suggest jetting out the field line, which is why less than a year later, I was having more problems. Another company just tried to sell me a new aerobic system without even coming out to my property. Very respectful, very professional. I highly recommend Creekline and will be using them again when my daughter adds a home on my property. More...

The project was top notch. They showed up on time despite the rain storm in Houston, and finished the project. They provided phone numbers and recommendations on how to maintain my septic system properly. I also think that they were competitive in their costs. I will use them again and recommend them to my neighbors if need be. More...

When I contacted Creekline I was quoted a price for the job, and when I asked if there was anything additional the answer was no. Creekline showed up on time to perform the septic pump out. While they were preparing the truck and prior to locating the septic tank I was asked if I had been informed of the digging fee and I had not. I was then informed that the fee was $150 on top of the quoted price. My wife and I seriously considered telling them to leave due to this unexpected charge, but Creekline personnel backed off of charging the additional fee. So we agreed to proceed with the initially quoted price. After that, the job went smoothly and the personnel was very professional and informative. More...

We needed our septic to be pumped promptly, so Home Advisor helped to connect us with Creekline Septic Services, LLC and they immediately responded to come the next day. Two men showed up with one being Matt, the owner and his multi-certified assistant. Their shiny company truck is the most beautiful teal color we have ever seen on any service vehicle. Matt and his coworker communicated everything they were doing offering tips on the best maintenance for keeping our Pro Flo Aerobic 500 system functioning at peak performance. The pricing was the most reasonable of all companies we researched. They were prompt, quick, and efficient. They went beyond just pumping the sewer tank and cleaned out the lines to the house . The pair of the two men were very knowledgeable concerning how the system works. They even made a second call the to check the system functionality and that it was working well. We learned a great deal about septic systems from them. Matt is a diligent, personable, and extremely caring businessman who loves his job, and it shows in his willingness to go above and beyond what would be expected of a septic business. We are very impressed by him and are proud to HIGHLY RECOMMEND his business to those in need of septic services. GREAT JOB!!!! More...

Recondition Old Septic Systems
Creekline Septic Specializes in reconditioning your old conventional septic system. It is believed that if the lid is leaking and the systems is always backing up when it rains, it's time for a new system. False, 99% of the time we can bring it back up to 100% and provide a chemical plan that only takes 2min every 6 months and your conventional system will always work as designed. All Creekline work is backed by a lifetime guarantee!!
Pumping & Cleaning Aerobic Systems
There are a number of companies that have vac trucks looking to be hired at the lowest bid. This may be beneficial at some level, but not when it comes to keeping your Aerobic system maintained correctly. First, are they making sure the trash tank is pumped clean, if so did they check to see if the septic is draining into the tank properly before leaving? Second, if they pumped your aeration tank down completely, they just stole all of your good bugs, your system is now in shock and it will take a while to get back what you lost. 3rd, are they making sure your pump screen is clean? the number 1 cause of pump failure is due to over working. Aerobic systems cost enough as it is. All Creekline technicians have wastewater certifications and understand the importance of how your system should be maintained.
Pumping Conventional Systems
When you're not a septic pro it's unlikely that you put a whole lot of thought into what needs to be done when your septic tanks are full other than getting them pumped. When you buy your home, it doesn't come with a septic manual explaining how to best maintain your septic tank or field lines. It's almost as if it's not important or it must just take care of itself. This is obviously not true, you basically have a septic plant in your yard that must be maintained correctly or it will one day soon cost a lot of unexpected money. The state of Texas is cracking down hard on those that are not maintaining their systems, handing out fines. Creekline can keep your old system working perfectly and educate you on what chemicals to use so that your septic system never has a problem in the future.
