Called and had a pleasant scheduling experience on 8/27. Grabbed their earliest available date (9/9) for a garbage disposal removal/install at 9am. No call, no show. Played phone tag and touched base with Bryan (sp?) the next day. He apologized, but did not offer an explanation as to what had happened. Second appt was set up for 9/11 at 6pm. It's now 6:40pm and another no call, no show. Beyond frustrated. I can understand running late or having something come up, but it's unprofessional to leave someone waiting for you without contact - especially two different times and with presumably two different techs. Other reviews sound like this company does great work, but I guess you have to get them to show up first. More...
