What inspired you to start your own business?
It started by accident. The founders met as roommates during business school. Upon graduation, both went separate paths for over a decade until bumping into each other on the streets of Denver. One spent their career leading teams at a Fortune 100 company and scaling startups. The other led teams at top consulting firms supporting organizations to overcome seemingly impossible obstacles.
We recognized a problem. Support for small to midsize companies sucked. After seeing both sides of countless consulting engagements, we weren't impressed. Over-priced, inexperienced and a lack of dedication to long-term success made the ‘consultant’ term feel like a dirty four-letter word.
Crafted was started. A consulting firm that cared about its clients. Got its hands dirty. Worked tirelessly to make sure clients are supported. Never pretended to know best. Put client success ahead of our own.

While we prefer a good, old-fashioned handshake and face-to-face meeting, we have several successful engagements conducted fully remote. We leverage a number of tools to enable remote services and all of our clients know they can call, text, or email us whenever is convenient for them (we are truly a 24/7 business with significant help from coffee).
