What’s your interior design process?
1. Initial Consultation ( by email or phone )
It is to learn about your needs and project. We will send general questionnaires to set up one site consultation.
2. On-site Consultation
It is to discuss more details about your projects and for you to feel comfortable with our designer for your project. This stage will include a preliminary site survey to figure out the budget.
3 Official Proposal and Contract
Following the consultation and budget, I will provide a complete scope of the work established together along with the design fees.
4. Design
This stage is one of the most important during the process as it will determine your future interior. This stage will include a site survey, floor plans, mood boards with samples of textures, colors, and finishes. 3D rendering with furniture and decors will be presented.
5. Detailed drawings
Once the concept design has been approved, We will start to develop the design into detailed drawings and plans if needed. We will also present you with the full item list based on your budget and then start finalizing the choices of finishes, colors, etc. All materials, furniture, and decors in the design scheme can be purchased directly through Crafits inc.
6. Estimation
In the case of construction work need, we will prepare an estimation for your project.
