Josh and Brandon are professional and excellent! I thought my repair would be approximately $180, it ended up to be only $28. I was told that my screen was cracked. When I took it to CPR, thankfully it was only the screen protector That needed replacement. They could have easily overcharged me but they did not! They saved me over $150. Took my phone in for a repair at another location less than 2 months ago. When I got it back last month, all of a sudden the battery on my iPhone 6S+ wasn't holding a full charge. It could go from 85% to 6% in no time at all. When I called the original location, I learned it was now closed. I called CPR Shorewood and I was informed this is an inconvenient common occurrence. I was told the original place should've checked my battery when I took it in for the camera repairs. I was quoted the price of $45 for a new battery and installation, but was offered a discount due to the other location's error. I was also told it would take about 30-60 minutes if I brought it in right away. I called a closer location just for a second opinion and the person didn't seem very helpful or knowledgeable. He also sounded a little arrogant when he told me his location got a lot of business from the now closed location. In the end, I took my phone to the Shorewood location even though it was an additional 20 minutes away. The gentlemen were quite knowledgeable and were very helpful. It took less than an hour and only $35 and change to fix my phone. I also have a 6-month warranty. I would definitely recommend this CPR location. More...

The screen repair was quick (appox. 1 hr).The only thing customers should be aware of if you are getting your screen repaired: 1. ) They break the water seal that comes with the most up to date iPhones, which means the water resistance of the phone goes down. 2.) Called and asked if they did repairs on PS3 told them I had the flashing yellow light they said yes. So I took it in for repair and got it back in 2 days later. Tried it out and it worked for an hour and I got the same problem. They told me I had a warranty so I took it back talk to the same guy told him what it was doing and he said "we can try the same procedure but it probably won't work to fix it we have to do and a different procedure but we don't have the equipment to do it "but they were ok taking my money first. Replaced my iPhone 8 screen with low quality 3rd party replacement screen. Immediately after receiving the device I noticed a slight yellow tint and 3D Touch not working correctly along with not the most responsive digitizer. The replacement screen also broke very easily after about 2 months. It is cheaper than Apple but it gives you lesser quality phone and voids your warranty so it’s not worth saving the $60. So happy that I brought my son's phone here to have the screen fixed. Very professional operation. My son had cracked his iPhone 6 Plus screen. We stopped in and they knew exactly what it needed from looking at it. Glass screen only needed replacement. Cost was $95 plus tax for a total that was a little over $99. Can't beat that at all. They said it would an hour to repair and it did. They called me when it was ready. Looks beautiful. Awesome job of replacing the glass screen. What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people. For some reason I feel fulfilled when I can help others solve problems and do so in a cost effective manner. In this age we all rely a lot on electronics and spend a lot of money on them. Our store allows customers to save money buying and/or repairing their devices.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been a do-it-yourself person...repairing or building on my own. The chance to build a business with a growing market was appealing.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our Google reviews demonstrate we take care of our customers. Our Wise Certification demonstrates we invest in our people and our practices. We have been in the business for 8 years and our techs have a lot of experience in their field. We are not a kiosk in the mall or a company with a lot of turnover. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have masks of course. We sanitize product on the walls and contact surfaces...even pens. We limit the number of people in the store and reluctantly have removed chairs to keep customers from hanging out during a repair.
