I have been working with CPA Miami and, namely, Mitch Helfer for over 16 years now. I have always enjoyed working with Mitch on corporate tax matters. However I recently needed their assistance with my personal tax matters which took a somewhat ominous turn. I worked with CPA Miami and they immediately took my case on. Mitch is the absolute best when it comes to dealing with the IRS. Mitch and company worked diligently to successfully reduce my tax debt by over 90%. There can be pros and cons involved when evaluating products or services. If there would be more than 5 stars, I would add them all for the service and efficiency of CPA Miami. I find no cons when writing about Mr. Mitch Helfer and his staff.Since 1965, I've worn several hats and owned several businesses. I've taught music in the Dade County school system, a musician in the Jackie Gleason orchestra, taught photography at the University of Miami, was a state licensed general contractor and electrical contractor owning a construction and electrical company, was a partner owner in a local camera store, was a partner owner of an oceanfront hotel on Miami Beach and finally doing what I currently do as a commercial advertising photographer and having some rental facilities. During these years I've used a variety of accounting services. A few years ago Deborah, a colleague and also a professional photographer and friend whom I respect for her work and as a person, told me about her accountant when I mentioned that mine had moved out of the area. She told me she was extremely pleased with his service and provided his name and phone number. To say that I am grateful is an understatement.Mitch Helfer and his team at CPA Miami has proved to be the most trustworthy and well-run accounting firm I could ever imagine. His experience, friendly manner and knowledge with our IRS have made him a master at understanding our tax system. He uses technology to handle every and all activities for me in a quick, organized, efficient, money and tax saving way while costing me less than any of the other accounting services I've used in the past. I went to CPA Miami for help with my tax returns and was pleasantly surprised. We have a small business and use QuickBooks accounting software. The owner, Mitch Helfer, CPA, figured out a way to make QuickBooks do many of the things we needed which will save us countless hours in data entry and more. Our old accountant wasn't much help.
