After reading this you'll have a clear image of how this company treats it's customers. Customers: 1) This company does not even have 5% of the advertised vehicles. The owner BJ only has 1 old 2015 suburban, 1 MKS/MKT 2019, 1 Lincoln Navigator 2017 and 1 bused Lincoln stretch limousine that'll heat up and break down on the side of the road without lose air conditioning and as per the owner it's not the company's fault and you'll still pay some portion of the money even after your event has been spoiled. 2) Read this company's shady policy as once you pay there's no way you're getting your money back whether it's your fault or the company's 3) The other vehicles, stretch limo and party buses and coaches advertised everywhere is bogus. You'll pay 40-50% more on the same vehicles if you book with this shady company as compared to when you book with the original owners of the vehicles. I know this because I had clear instructions to charge as much as possible for any little things or little requests Also, if the limo or party bus comes up busted, there's no recourse as the hypocrite BJ didn't even own the vehicle in the first place and good luck getting your money back as BJ will get a discount from the affiliate company anyways. ask for the vehicle pictures with the original Cowry Logo or emblem. Here's a list of vehicles and companies that will eventually provide you the service on ridiculous prices. a) Sprinter Vans, Limo and Mini buses(Premium Services Worldwide) b) Lincoln MKT Limo (Reliable Limo) c) Hummer (Atlantic Limo) d) Party buses (Price a limo) e) Coach Buses (MTI Limo) f) Escalade Limo (ATL One Limo) g) Rolls/Bentley (Atlantic/Dream Classic) h) Benz S550/BMW X7 (Capital Limo) i) Chrysler Limo (Ambassador Global) j) Town Car Limo (hosts of independent drivers with old busted limo to provide you the service under the guise of a premium limo service that you paid the highest in Atlanta) 4) This company has no drivers at all the owner BJ will swoop around telling different name to every client just to appear big. The jobs that he can't do are done by independent uber drivers, whether you book the sedan or the SUV, an uber is coming your way although at 5 times the price. 5) Pricing Structure: I'll start with the clause in this underdog company's policy stating" the rates can change anytime without notice" this speaks for itself but let's elaborate: a) All other companies' rate are all inclusive, however BJ prefers that, you pay gratuity extra, which is already included, also admin fee just to look big and charge more also inflated credit card charges where other companies factor in all this to make the rate transparent and competitive. b) Ironically, there's a 4 hour minimum (understandable cause everybody has it) now in those 4 hours your pickup, stop and drop off should be within a block of each other for Mr BJ not to get tired because driving is not easy. If you have multiple stops even close to each other you'll have to pay extra because extra stops means more driving for BJ. also if now you're done early you can't drive around the vehicles for the hours you paid for because gas is expensive and, go home! c) All other companies reguarly update their fleet to meet the demands of the customers where as BJ will send you old model vehicles at higher rates only because of the reviews (which we helped this guy to get and are bogus, read the negative review to see the clear picture and owner's response to them) and if you need a 2023 or newer vehicles you'll have to pay even extra which the other companies are providing you even cheaper. d) Now you must be thinking you can easily charge back your money in case of any such discrepancy, you are wrong as the payment via credit/debit card is made so ridiculouly difficult coupled with extra charges that you are forced to pay with venmo, zelle, or cashapp. We should not disclose any confidential information for any company, but in the case of cowry limo it's imperament that I make sure everyone know what they're getting into. This guy was having remote services from us in Florida for a meagre price of $3 per hours. We signed up for dispatch services only and due to constant blackmail and other medieval african business nature. Eventually this guy had us doing the following services at the same rate: 1) Email Support 2)Chat Support 3) Web Development 4) Off Page SEO 5)Bogus Reviews 6) Content Creation 7) Blog Writing 8) On Page SEO 9) Fleet Management 10) Accounting 11) Affiliate Management 12) Research 13) Online Booking system and online rates 14) Making 2000+ new pages for the website 15) Image Submissions Backlinks 16) SMM and eventually this guy ate up our money even after this, some people are destined to mated with people who rip you off while doing nothing and charge whatever they want and when that somebody gets someone who works hard he knows he has to take advantage of him like he's beek taken of before and will be after. PS if i can work hard alone and do your jobs to grow your business and rest assured I'll work overtime for free in diminishing it. Absolutely the worst and most unprofessional service I have ever experienced in my life!

We used this service for a wedding and the driver was absolutely rude and didn't even bother to open the door for us. The AC and lights were broken. There were champagne glasses broken and some that were absolutely filthy (lipstick stains, pieces of food, and even something that resembled throw-up). The driver also had no idea where he was going and had to ask us for the location and for directions.

Finally, when we did arrive, the company charged us an additional $75. Then when we spoke to the manager to complain about the service he SCREAMED at us for over 20 minutes and didn't even allow us to talk. To make matters worse when I tried to speak to him he told me that he wanted to talk only to the men. Completely sexist, rude, and unprofessional. You would be better off walking to your next event then going into this hot, dirty, and unprofessional mess. More...

Tama was our driver for a prom rental and she was excellent! The company was also great and worked with our EXTREMELY last minute reservation. Highly recommend!
