I have stayed at expensive resorts all over the world that are not nearly as excellent as this hotel. The staff is friendly and seems to truly care about the guests. Breakfast buffet was real cooked food and great quality served fresh. Coffee is real brewed coffee, not like many of the hotels that now offer that odd instant machine that tastes like dirty water. Room is super clean, comfortable beds, best hotel shower ever. I cannot say enough good about this place and what an awesome value. My only wish is that they would open more locations coast to coast. My only suggestion is please put screens on room window, nice days deserve fresh air. More...

Great hotel has lots of food choices and places for adult beverages Sullivan’s across the way is a great place do not go to denim and diamonds drinks are weak had 4 and didn’t even have a buzz we came back and went across from the hotel and had a few over there the first one I was starting to get a buzz anyway ya great hotel and great food and beverages close

The front desk is not as friendly as you hope. Although I saw an employee reminder sign to the effect of “greet with a smile, ask how may I help” I didn’t experience that warmth. We were a large party so it took a while to get us all checked in and as it was late at night we all wanted our beds. The hotel was clean and tidy, the front desk lady was helpful, professional and courteous. The room was spacious and also clean and tidy. The breakfast in the morning was plentiful and varied, as a vegetarian I ate plenty which can be rare at hotel buffet breakfasts. My only criticism would be that as we were there for a sport tournament breakfast didn’t start until 7:00 and we had to leave by 7:15. Not a problem if you are there as a tourist. More...

What a surprise. I don’t usually post on these sites, but I stumbled into a great experience. I travel quite a bit, so I say at a lot of places. For the price, this hotel was fantastic. Breakfast = great. Shuttle to the airport. Clean rooms. Nice lobby. Lisa Wright drove me to the Mesa-Gateway Airport and could not have been nicer or more professional. Front desk staff accommodating. I hung around until the last minute due to flight time, everyone was very nice. There is an Irish bar 100 feet away as well. A++ experience. Thank you! More...
