They are genuinely invested in your success, which comes across in every interaction. My entire NYC team was blown away by the work they were able to generate in a matter of DAYS (which other agencies said would take weeks). In the startup world, days make a huge difference -- weeks, even more so. They generated gorgeous images on a tight budget for a growing brand quickly, efficiently, and with a smile. They were incredibly resourceful, nimble, and pleasant. They worked with us (and our budget) to turnaround some of the best video ads I've ever seen in my industry within 10 days from start to finish -- including travel time up to NYC. A very creative team that knows what branding means and knows how to portray a company even when the business owner(s) themselves may be unsure of exactly what image to build for the public. They break it down pixel-by-pixel, color-by-color, shape-by-shape, and text-by-text. Kenny & Rachel are highly skilled, articulate, honest, and all around great and happy people. These two are award winners and I have no doubt in my mind that they will become one of Chattanooga's hottest branding firms. Counsel Creative did a complete brand redesign for our local non-profit. I couldn't be more happier for the way it turned out. Kenny spent a couple hours in a room with about 10 of us listening carefully as we complained for a couple hours about our old brand and then spoke on our hopes and dreams of a new brand. He then took everything we wanted and crafted it into a symbol that speaks to exactly what we want our brand to communicate to the local Chattanooga audience. I would highly recommend working with Counsel Creative on any creative project. They are both excellent at their craft and a joy to work with. We tasked them with a difficult assignment: rebranding our company with a new visual identity that our clients could show to stakeholders and have the stakeholders say, “You made a great choice of vendor. I’m really confident in investing our marketing budget with Pathfinder Films.” Counsel Creative took our vague goal and ran with it.
