They earned contract renewal year after year by providing personable, professional personnel and by their willingness to perform as team members with my staff. Rather than just passively "guarding" our facility, they engaged our students and staff and worked tirelessly to provide value-added service. Any issues were handled quickly and professionally. This has to be one of the most professional companies I have seen in the private sector. These guys are well trained and you dont have to even speak to them to know it. They are sharp and look the part. The negative post about being fired for nothing seems to be suspicious. Most likely they were not cut out to work for a real security company. This provides more coverage at your facility as Physical Security such as Guards can not be everywhere at once. Our staff can notify on site resources such as security or managers as well as immediately notify Police, Fire ,or EMS. Our staff improves response times by police as they receive real -time Play-by-play details of what is happening including descriptions of persons and direction of travel etc. You do not have to purchase new equipment as we can utilize your existing system.
