What’s your signature dish?
We don't really have "one" signature dish. But, because of our very eclectic staff, we are best known for the following authentic dishes :
Taco/Nacho Bar, Fajita Bar, Shawarma and other Mediterranean dishes, Chicken Picatta, Chicken Marsala, House-made Lasagna(s).
We are also well known for our customized holiday and special event menus.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
First...I listen !! Then I ask lots of questions. I use my experience and extensive food knowledge to create the perfect menu addressing both the client's wants and needs as well as staying within their designated budget.
What do you love most about your job?
Making every event the best it can be !!
