I’ve been training at Corenetic for over a year now and the only thing I’m disappointed about is that I didn’t find this place sooner. I’ve gained way more than I’ve lost; I’ve gained physical abilities I never thought I would, I gained an appreciation for working out (which I’ve hated my whole life), and I’ve gained the desire to actually workout. I went from a person who worked out maybe once or twice a year and let my traditional gym membership collect dust to a person who works out 5-6 times a week. Andy has achieved the perfect mix of motivating you without being a “drill sergeant “, and encouraging you to do things without being a “cheerleader “. He works with all various abilities ranging from professional athletes to those of us who aren’t athletic at all. He takes into account injuries & partners with you to achieve your health & fitness goals. He’s great at what he does and truly cares about your success. Whether you are a beginner or a pro who wants to further challenge yourself, I definitely recommend Corenetic! More...

This is best circuit training gym in Orange County, hands down.
It starts with the owner/operator Andy Jang, he is simply awesome, he really cares about his customers.
He has developed an unique approach to designing his workouts.
The program begins with a fitness assessment that looks for any injuries and weaknesses in your kinetic chain. After your fitness assessment and your level of training has been determined, Andy will provide a road-map and 100% guidance throughout your entire training program to help you achieve your goals.
For the low monthly rate you can take unlimited group classes including yoga, the class sizes are kept to 10 max. These smaller class sizes allows him to give group personal training, ensuring everyone is using proper form to avoid injury.
Do yourself a favor and take a free class, I'm sure you will enjoy it and make a life-long friend in Andy.

I've been going to this gym for just about 4 months now. I have to say that it's the best gym I've ever been to (and I've had a lot of gym memberships).
Andy, the owner/trainer, is very personable and cares very deeply about his clients. His business isn't just a gym; it's a community where people of all fitness levels and ages are welcome. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, there is a place for you here.
Corenetic offers you so much from personal and semi-personal training to group classes, to yoga, and even Brazillian jiu-jitsu. The classes are never boring and Andy has created a system for personal workouts that keeps you challenged and engaged.
Because of Andy and Corenetic, I've been able to achieve performance goals I never imagined possible. Don't get me wrong; there's a lot of dedication and discipline involved. However, the atmosphere that Andy has created with Corenetic is what makes you keep wanting to come back. Oh, and there are some incredibly cute and friendly gym French Bulldogs, too.
Corenetic is the best thing to happen to me in a while. As Martha Stewart would say, "it's a good thing."

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I have been a member of popular chain gym, gone to boot camps, done INSANITY at home etc and this gym is exactly what I have been looking for.
In fact I'm about to train for a half marathon and have been blowing off my running (or lack there of) to attend one of the classes here instead.
Andy listens to what you want to transform and creates unique circuit class each day for us to train and confuse all of our muscle groups. I love that the class sizes are small so that he can correct your form to make sure you are executing each circuit to the best of your performance ability. I was thinking about getting a personal trainer and you don't need one if you come here. My favorite workouts are open gym because Andy will give you a personalized circuit to kick your booty, arms, abs (whatever you tell you want to work on that day.) I also enjoy the low lights and the fun lights and the pump up music too. The image is exactly what it looks like when you do your circuit. Lights come on when we rest between our circuits.
It's not intimidating and you get what you put in. I recommend trying it, no matter what your fitness level is. You will have a blast (and get the body you are looking for too.)

Corenetic is hands down the best gym in the area. I've tried a few others, and no other trainers/owners showed the dedication to their clients that Andy does.
He's conscious of each individual's goals and caters every class to the specific people that show up, to make sure we're all seeing the results we want. The gym provides complimentary water and towels, and at the mention of being tired he'll even mix you a quick superfood energy boosting drink!
All the equipment is clean and looks like new, immaculately maintained. He keeps it dimly lit but colorful which psychologically feels nice and cool, and I feel less self-conscious. Every exercise we do focuses on multiple muscle groups, engaging your core.
Last but not least, the value is incredible. Andy gives gives gives, with no ulterior motive to upsell. The groups are small so you get semi-personal training in every class. If you come during an open session, he will guide a specific workout with your goals in mind. Not to mention, there are so many classes available for varying levels of experience! I love attending hardcore/Bodycore and following it with kickboxing!
This is the gym I've been looking for. Others are money hungry and you feel like "just a number." But Andy genuinely cares about your health, well-being, and progress!

I absolutely LOVE working out here! The owner, Andrew, is incredibly dedicated to his clients. He gives everyone individualized attention, and keeps group classes small enough that he can still help and modify for people who need more stability or more of a challenge. He keeps everyone motivated, and there are so many different classes and workouts that I never get bored! Absolutely love it, can't wait to continue getting fit in 2016!! More...

Corenetic Gym is a unique workout experience. Andy is the owner/trainer there that incorporates a HIIT (high intensity interval training) type style workout.
His program is focus on core, balance and performance. Most of the exercise programs are different from your normal gym. In addition, his program is evolving and he changes it up enough to challenge the body. At the moment, 11/06/15, it cost $80 a month for membership. He has group class workout and open gym which he can develop a specific workout for individual. Check out his website for more info.
I have been with Andy about over 2 months now. I'm 5'10" and around 160 lb. When I started, I was around 170 lb. I'm the type of person who is looking for a good workout program that I can stick with. Andy is the trainer that can give you a program that work for your type of fitness level.

My Corenetic Gym experience has been excellent! The fast-paced circuit training is both fun and rigorous, and Andy does an amazing job with designing different exercises based on the goals of each individual. It's definitely never repetitive or boring. I haven't been consistent in my exercise routine since high school (a decade ago) because I got bored of the same exercises and lost my motivation. Since joining Corenetic three months ago, I've been going four times a week and actually look forward to it. More...

What really makes this place worth the drive is Andy's personalized training and coaching. He motivates me, challenges me, and makes sure my form is spot on.
.. The results for me are truly amazing!
I also love the intensity of the "HardBodyCore" circuit. It's about 45 minutes of a combination of free weights, calisthenics, and core with a maximum group of 10, and music that keeps you pumped! It's never the same and it kicks my butt every time!
The price is right too! Come check out a class for FREE... You'll get hooked, just like me!

This is the best place I have ever worked out. Haven't been a gym person for many reasons, but decided to look for an alternative to the bug box store gyms. Found Corenetic randomly and decided to call for more information. I talked with Andy, he was super helpful. I went in the next day to see what it was all about and took a class. I was so pumped on the program I signed up that day and went back the next day for another class. Andy takes the time to go thru each exercise and explains why and how the exercise is effective as it pertains to that days workout routine. The atmosphere and vide is awesome, everyone is excited and motivated to be there and it help to keep the motivation up. My first class was the week before Thanksgiving 2017 and have been going 3 times per week since. I would highly recommend Corenetic to anybody looking for something other then the usual big box store gyms. I absolutely love this place... His dogs Toki and Lucky are rad... More...
