I have now been to Copeland's numerous times and feel like I can give the best review of not only dinner but my branch experience. First of all let me say if you do get to go to Kennesaw or whatever city you are in that has a Copelands you need to run not walk.The best way for me to describe Copelands is if cheesecake factory was birthed in New Orleans. I am not a big seafood eater because I'm allergic not only allergic but highly allergic to mostly shellfish. With that being said I hang around many foodies I've been there and are trusted and are very picky and said that that's some of the best crabcakes and seafood they've ever had. The kind that you can leave and have it the next day and it taste better because the flavors of marinade it even more. That can also be said about their regular food like chicken and steak.Now branch is a must go and you better be hungry when you go because they have everything you can think of under the sun if you love breakfast they have a breakfast area I believe the French toast was so popular that as soon as it was put in it was finished so I did not get a chance to try it I'm a little saddened but they had Belgian waffles prime steak chicken and seafood galore everything could think of and the price was just right.The Decour of the ambience the arts it was just all new very New Orleans and at brunch they have a live jazz band on during this time is Christmas so it was a jazz but Christmas Eve by with the beautiful poinsettias and lights it was just a lovely experience. We've had our company Christmas luncheon at Copeland's for the past 3 or 4 years. They offer a brunch type menu during the holidays & it's fantastic! So much to choose from - anyone can find something to fulfill their appetite. The price per person is extremely reasonable, especially since it's all you can eat. If you have a large group, I suggest you call several days in advance & request "priority seating." They'll get tables ready if your party arrives & there's a wait. The food has always been wonderful and consistent. Service is wonderful, however, the last time I was there, our server, seemed to be preoccupied with the 12 top next to us. Of course, they were all separate checks, all of them paid at different times, which took the server some time to process. In the time of Venmo and PayPal, restaurants should have a policy in place for no separate checks for 6 or more guests. I applaud our server, but, we were neglected. Appetizer came out, no silverware or app plates, because she was dealing with this other party. After the table left, no complaints at all. This was my first time here and everything was great! My team at work decided to have our holiday lunch here and we made a great choice. The lunch buffet was very plentiful and well prepared! The service was great and was provided by multiple servers. The dessert options was a nice touch. This location was extremely busy with companies having holiday luncheons. Okay, after a Day of shopping dinner and wine we're in order. I had the sea food platter, the wife had the cat fish plate. Her fish was very greasy but the manager happily replaced it and apologized for the order. Nice guy! Next desert and coffee, but they were out of my selection so gave me a second choice for free.. that's consumer service. Plenty of parking, easy access to I-75 and i-575.
