Excellent contractor for bathroom/kitchen remodels We had never done a remodel before and after hearing horror stories from friends (e. g., expect it to cost twice as much as you've budgeted, and take three times longer, don't expect quick calls back, etc.), we were very nervous. We had a fantastic experience with Construction Masters. Based on a friend's recommendation of Construction Masters, we got a quote from them and another highly-recommended contractor. Construction Masters' quote was much better than the other quote. Once work started, Construction Masters made the process as smooth and painless as possible. We renovated two bathrooms and a kitchen, and the work was done to the highest quality standards, and completed on time and on budget. Copper Kettle catered our wedding this past summer and we are thrilled with how everything turned out! Let me start off by saying Moshe and Mickey are EXCEPTIONAL contractors. I will never use another contractor again. Very professional, efficient, punctual and affordable. We started by overhauling our kitchen (drywall, flooring, countertops, custom cabinets, paint, etc), but after seeing their amazing work, they did our laundry room, family room, and bathroom. We turned our garage into a guest / pool house. The garage was in really bad shape. We wanted to really make it nice to hold an extra living room set and our workout equipment. We also wanted to have a bathroom so that we and our guests wouldn't need to walk across our hardwood floors through the house to use the bathroom after getting out of the pool. Moshe & Mickey met with us several times as well as some of their other guys to discuss options and share ideas. The garage transformation was amazing! Moshe were always there, when I asked for help and offered suggestions when he saw I was out of my depth. His high energy kept the job at a quick pace. Total construction time for my amazing space was 1 1/2 months.

They asked me questions I hadn't thought about it. They suggested ways of getting more space. Mickey said he would go shopping with me to choose what was needed. They answered all my questions and never once made me feel like I was bothering them. He also said that he could make our short deadline. Sold.

Mickey and Moshe were on it. Work was started shortly thereafter, with Mickey or Moshe coming by or calling most mornings, full of energy and happiness. Even my puppy fell in love with them, who continued to answer any and all questions. Workers showed up on time, were very friendly and respectful and were real craftsmen. They listened to my questions and when I needed to make decisions were very patient with me.

Through the whole process I was advised what was going to happen and when - and it did! There were no major surprises and no major costs that were unexpected. We got what we asked for, how we asked for it, when we asked for it and at a price we agreed to.

Mickey and Moshe also found simple few things that would make our lives better, asked if we wanted them, and then didn't charge us for the cost of doing them (such as asking if we wanted an outlet outside so that we could close a window we had run an extension cord through, putting door stoppers on to preserve our cabinets, etc.). He saw stuff in a way I just would never see it - and I am so glad he did.

We hired Copper Kettle to cater our wedding in August and we couldn't be happier. The food and the servers were great. They put up a big tent for us and supplied all our rentals and most of our decorating and their bartenders kept us supplied with cold drinks all night. When we first contacted them, they gave us a quote with everything written down so we could see what we were getting. They let us make changes to the menu because we had some food issues in the family. They followed up with us a few weeks after the wedding and gave us our final bill which didn't have any surprises in it. My family worked with them in the past and recommended them for our kitchen in July. The project was very well done. Two things that stood out for me working with this company, was their timing and the quality of the job done- they were prompt in starting and finishing the job and the result is awesome. One day after the meeting they sent over a to do list and comprehensive pricing specifics. Two days after our initial meeting they began working on the kitchen and I didn't have to coordinate anything. Construction Masters did a great remodeling job for our new home. They completely demolished the kitchen and created a more open floor plan which includes an island and a walk-in pantry, replaced all flooring, remodeled fireplace and minor upgrades throughout the home.

We decided to replace our 32 year old roof and after choosing which style shingle we contracted Construction Masters for the work. Mickey and Moshe were referred to us by a friend and their work was highly regarded by more than one source. In addition to changing the roof we had Construction Masters fix some of the failing wood trim and chimney caps. We also had Moshe and Mickey install two roof vents for two bathroom fans, not part of the original construction that I later installed myself. In addition, we decided to incorporate ridge venting which would keep our attic passively cooled. Now our cooler attic translates to cooler upper level floors to combat those hot summer months.

The roofing team worked well together, and all the work was done on time. The new roof looks great. I admire it while walking the neighborhood. This roof will last for a lifetime. We recommend Construction Masters to a couple neighbors already. I called Construction Masters to come out and give me a quote on converting my garage to an ADU. Mickey came out to take a look and measure. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the laws regarding codes and permits. He asked me questions and then made suggestions for the layout and walked me through the process After receiving the proposal, we decided to go ahead and I was very happy with my decision. Construction Masters was recommended to me by a friend. My friend was praising them for their professionalism, excellent quality work, and affordable pricing. And he knows how picky I am.

I always have a problem finding good quality Contractors, too much fraud around, so I took a chance with these guys. Mickey was on time for the estimate which is a big plus to me. Mickey took time to check my 2 bathrooms and Kitchen.

My bathrooms and kitchen haven’t been remodeled for 30 years. Mickey offered me several suggestions about the layout.

I decided to go with them and very happy I did. Mickey made sure the workers kept everything clean and understood what had to be done. I could see that they knew what they were doing, and they finished the project ahead of schedule.

Don't waste your time to shop contractors. These guys are it! They are great and that's all that you need: no headaches, no hustle, and hidden fees. After they are finished they will properly clean up, throw debris in the garbage and leave your house with a beautiful new kitchen and bathroom!

We had a NIGHTMARE when we bought a house in Santa Monica & hired another construction company to fix our foundation. We were so "burned" that we got other estimates, but decided to do the work later.

When we sold the house, the buyer insisted on getting the foundation repaired. I'd gotten a GOOD estimate from a company called Construction Masters (at the same time as the other company), but STUPIDLY went with the other company. I had kept the estimate Mickey and Moshe had given me when we bought the house & they honored that price. The estimate also included a kitchen and bathroom remodel as well.

BUT I needed them to match it "apples to apples" with the (horribly over-priced) estimate buyer had gotten for same job. They came back with estimate that was almost HALF of theirs. :)

They did a GREAT job & the buyers were VERY happy with their work.

We've been remodeling our old house since we purchased it a year and a half ago. Unfortunately, our first contractor was dishonest, leaving us with unfinished and unsafe work. So, when we met Moshe and Mickey, they met with extremely skeptical clients.

Moshe and Mickey really had to step up to prove themselves...and they did. Moshe’s ability to deal with difficult issues in a diplomatic and honest way were appreciated so much. We decided to replace our 32 year old roof and after choosing which style shingle we contracted Construction Masters for the work. Mickey and Moshe were referred to us by a friend and their work was highly regarded by more than one source. In addition to changing the roof we had Construction Masters fix some of the failing wood trim and chimney caps. We also had Moshe and Mickey install two roof vents for two bathroom fans, not part of the original construction that I later installed myself. In addition, we decided to incorporate ridge venting which would keep our attic passively cooled. Now our cooler attic translates to cooler upper level floors to combat those hot summer months.

The roofing team worked well together, and all the work was done on time. The new roof looks great. I admire it while walking the neighborhood. This roof will last for a lifetime. We recommend Construction Masters to a couple neighbors already.
