Not only do they know each unique and rare product I'm requesting, they actually have the item in stock, or in the least get it to me the following day.
My sales rep is very knowledgeable in rare specialty items. He understands the lingo and keeps me informed. He also keeps me up to date on availability and pricing, and he is always getting me the best available price for produce and product, which is always above industry standards.
I love my delivery driver, and I can set my watch to their promised delivery window.
They have the best employees, all of whom I enjoy dealing with, and they appear sincere and willing to accommodate my requests, questions, and demands.
Thank you, Tony. You make my dishes beyond delectable, and my customers coming back for more.
You're my go to guy, nobody even comes close to the quality, service, and satisfaction in which you serve.

To create a restaurant and catering company, that can reflect my passion in the industry. The catering industry specifically, has traditionally been associated with “cut & paste” menus, that are often overly priced. Many caterers use frozen and commercially produced food, treating their clients as profit centers. We wanted to create a restaurant experience, thru our catered events and client relationships.

We’re local, we have restaurant concepts, all over Downtown Phoenix, which puts a face to our company. We create all our menus and events, as a custom experience.
