We have an older overweight cat. We needed help getting back on track with helping her with her grooming. Julia provided a safe, stressfree atmosphere for our anxious Anna. She got her bath, got a good brushing, nails trimmed, and a Sani Trim. We are now able to stay on top of her care. As Anna would get anxious Julia stopped waited until her panic subsided. By Julia caring to do the Grooming on Anna's ability to cope, she was less stressed and came home BEAUTIFUL!. I won't go anywhere else now, even for a nail trim. More...

They are an incredible group of ladies! They did what no one has been able to do in 3 years and clipped my lab’s nails! He was so scared he pooped on them and so anxious ridden he peed but they were so willing to work with him and they did so patiently, professionally, and lovingly! Liz is amazing! She was so kind and patient with my Chilli who was very anxious, scared, and had to have his appt split into two. I've never had such a great experience with a groomer who not only left him very handsome, but who took the time to gain his trust and understand what he needed. During this time of COVID, my groomer who was wonderful was unable to provide services. I was able to schedule a mobile groomer and she did a horrible job of grooming my golden doodle, she was left without getting dried off and her fur was cut in all different lengths. I then was able to schedule with Compassionate Groom and Spa and Liz did a phenomenal job of cleaning up the cut on my dog, Phillie. Michelle was AMAZING with our little Penny girl. I worried all day leading up to Penny’s first appointment that we would be told she’s too difficult and/or aggressive and that we would be asked not to bring her back. Not only was that NOT the case, but even though she was still a difficult groom, Michelle brought Penny out looking amazing and they seemed to have already begun forming a little relationship. I LOVE Michelle and Julia. They take such good care of my babies Eva Lollobrigida and Paloma Jane. Both are so patient, sweet, and loving. Even during the pandemic, Michelle delivered shampoo, conditioner, and other supplies to my house that I purchased online from them. We wouldn’t go anywhere else! Cassie was always afraid to get her nails trimmed and had to be muzzled before coming to Michelle’s. But no longer! Cassie now has her bath and nails muzzle free and I couldn’t be happier. Tootsie is just all around cooperative and they are great with her. Everyone at Compassionate Groom and Spa works wonders with my dogs. They go over and above for them. They care for them as if they were their own. My boyfriend and I couldn’t own two more different dogs with different grooming needs - a goldendoodle and a lab/pit mix. Michelle and the staff have been so great with both ! We also tried the deshedding treatment for our lab/pit (who sheds like a maniac) and couldn’t believe the difference.
