What do you love most about your job?
Coaching is my calling. I am grateful to have created this practice and be able to bring the experience, background, training and intuition to benefit the lives of the people I coach. I love helping people achieve their goals, truly understand themselves and celebrate their strengths, talents and abilities.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After much soul-searching later on in life (see website for the rest of that story!), I knew I needed to help others going through the same feelings of being lost and full of self-doubt that I once had. I knew I wanted to help them find their path--and then confidently and joyfully follow it. I became driven to help people, young and old, avoid those feelings and enrich their lives.
And after coaching training from one of the top coach training organizations, I realized that what I loved the most about my years in human resources were the times when I coached employees to align their path with their goals.
Why should our clients choose you?
My life purpose is to be a compass which guides others to clarity, growth, transformation and joy--their own True North.
I am a professionally trained and certified Co-Active coach with over 20 years of business and human resources experience. My coaching credentials include a CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach certification) through CTI and an PCC (Professional Certified Coach) from the International Coach Federation. I also have an MBA (Boston College Carroll School of Management). I have worked in non-profits and for-profits including tech start-ups in operations, HR, finance, consulting and business development.
I bring all my educational and business experience as well as my life experience as a mother and spouse to help my clients. I offer grounded, non-judgmental, authentic, confidential and open-minded coaching on topics my clients wish to explore including relationships, job, career, retirement, health goals and other life issues.
I enjoy working with entrepreneurs, retirees, millennials, men and women--adults of all ages--young and old--because the opportunities for joy are limitless at any age and everyone has a dream.
I live in Marblehead MA and coach over the phone and internet, as well as in-person in my home office (except during a pandemic).

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All sessions are online or over the phone. We are able to talk without a mask (yea!) in the comfort of our homes and personal space.
