I loved this job but it wasn't easy. In fact I left due to various personal reasons but would go back if it hadn't been so hard. I truly applaud caregivers and all that they do. This company is fantastic especially for people that have an open availability otherwise it's less rewarding. Having an open mind is vital and there isn't a lot of preparation however there is plenty of knowledge training. They give you a lot of responsibility but it's always okay to ask for help. Sometimes the pressure of caring for another person can be stressful because it can be life threatening for the client if you mess up but there hasn't been a more educational job for me and I will probably never find a more valuable work experience anywhere else.
