My focus is to help people build functioning and capable bodies through sound strength and conditioning principles. I like to focus on helping people develop better movement and improve their mobility/flexibility. I believe that as humans we can be athletic year around and maintain a healthy lifestyle that promotes positivity in all areas of our lives. My goal is to help people build a love for their health and fitness. I also am keen on how health and fitness can help one become stronger emotionally and mentally.
