A place that sells real coffee and not just quickly made syrup. It had a very "carolina" feel which was very enjoyable. My only issue is that the pricing is a little on the higher side, however normal for American cafe pricing, cafes in Europe tend to be half the price. However as I stated it is about the same price as Starbucks for coffee that is actually hand made and tastes absolutely better than the latter. The only tlreal complaint I had would be at times it is hard to find a spot to sit.It also has a very nice store inside with pleasant articles however I did not peruse to see the types of goods that were inside, so I cannot comment on that. If you're coming to town or going to downtown for a day and would love to grab coffee it is a great place to try. More...

Such a great spot in Uptown. The atmosphere is really relaxing and the menu is great, try one of their pastries. The staff is really chill and helpful if you are overwhelmed with options. One of my new favorite spots!

Come here! This place is absolutely delicious. I'd venture to say it's a must eat if you're in the area for breakfast or lunch. The ambience is very nice and has a New York City feel in a small town. I usually order the pimento cheese biscuit--yes that means it's a fresh biscuit with pimento cheese. Their sandwhichs are also very good. They serve you the meal on a sleek wooden slab, adding to the awesome experience. Beautiful place to invite somebody out to grab a cup of coffee, a small dish of food, and/or just catch up. The upstairs area is a cute and convenient addition that students like to study at. The only reason I give four stars is that I felt as though the coffee and food were overpriced, me and my boyfriend shouldn't have left spending 30 dollars on two lattes, a Turkey sandwich, and a cinnamon bun. There are plenty of other locally owned coffee shops if you are looking to save money but they do sacrifice the great space and look.
