When clients tell me my strategies worked for them & thank me for being so upfront & honest with them.

There is a void in the counseling system. We need more solutions & strategies that work. I focus on improvement the same way a sports coach would help you to level up, improve your game, and reach your goals.

If you want honesty, I am blunt but fair, I want to help & heal, build up & encourage, not to break down and destroy. I tell the hard truths as gently as I can.

Phone service $1/min. Credit card on file required but can pay by Zelle. Video sessions using Google Duo are $75 1st hour & $1/min. after. Must Text for appointment. Available 7 days/week 8am-8pm (AZ time). Sorry, I do not take insurance plans or co-pays. HSA/FSA only.

Feeling like you can't handle it all? We, as humans, were not designed to deal with stress & anxiety -especially today's stress. There are simple ways to reduce stress and live a healthier, happier life. I can share with you techniques, tips, & strategies that work--if you're willing to be consistent-it takes 2-6 weeks to change a habit. You can do it & I will coach you & encourage you along the way.

I teach people how to talk to each other in ways that reduce bickering, resolve conflict, and heal their most valuable relationship. Men and women communicate differently, they hear things differently, and they understand things differently. I can help you bridge the gap by sharing with you the things that I understand about opposite-sex communication that will help you to improve and make your communication much more effective.

As a coach, I try to walk my talk and practice what I preach. Every strategy that I share with my clients I have tried myself. I work on my own self-improvement and inner spiritual wounds and issues on a daily basis. I can share with you things that have worked for me and I believe will work for you as well.
