I've always been an entrepreneur. When I was 18, I started my career in learning and development at InfoCision Management Corporation in Akron, OH. I started on the phone, and quickly was promoted to a trainer and then supervisor. I love helping people take something that is challenging and create a plan to make it manageable and achievable. When I was 19, I started my own telemarketing company in my parent's basement, selling cassette tapes of dramatized Bible stories to nursing homes. I did it one summer, and then had to go back to college, so it stopped. A few years ago I opened my own consulting firm because I wanted to have an impact outside of just one corporation. I've gathered over 30 years of content, lessons, leadership models and best practices, and learned ICF coaching methodologies. I share and package all of this for my clients and align to my corporate values: creative disruption, integrity, customer advocacy, growth mindset, and stickiness for results. I have a lot I want to share to help people become their better best. For this, I started L4 Learning Solutions.

Yes, I offer in-person face-to-face, Zoom Video Conferencing, telephone, or any other communication medium my clients desire.

I went from spending each night in a hotel room at a client location to sleeping in my own bed and offering virtual work. I also use a lot of hand sanitizer. But happy to say I've received my two shots. :) Seriously though, I offer must of my coaching via Zoom, but am flexible to travel when needed.
