How long have you been in business?
I've been in the cleaning industry for over 13 years and recently decided to open a cleaning business.
Cleantastic Cleaning is within its first year of business, however; it holds over 13 years experience providing services, being knowledgeable of products and having effective systems is just one of the many reasons Cleantastic will succeed and become one of the elite for the Puyallup area.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Cleantastic Cleaning provides all cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise requested from our Clients.
During the pandemic we are asking for those who are willing to provide 2 items; their own toilet brush cleaner and vacuum to eliminate cross contamination as much as possible.
What do you love most about your job?
Time... How we spend our days IS how we spend our Lives!! I enjoy providing a crisp, clean home that smells amazing & feels relaxing when you walk in after a hard day at work. When the thought sets in that your home is clean and organized and you now have time to do whatever you want or enjoy; its a feeling words cant really explain and is a feeling that more of us need and want.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being a wife and mother of two, supporting school sports, virtual school, a friend, work colleague and supporting my husband with his new business I learned that time is precious. The world today is hectic and fast paced.
The average person gets 79.3 years to truly live life. If you deduct the (7.8 hours of nightly sleep) so 25.8 years along with the 29.1 years working and of course the 6.9 years of daily chores and our eating routine the average person is left with 17.5 years to live an amazing life. Time is a choice and we choose daily how we spend that time.. I wanted to spend my time differently than I was. I decided I wanted more of my time spent with my kids, family and friends vs sitting in traffic for 3 hours daily just to commute to a job I didn't truly care for. I knew I was good at cleaning, that making my own schedule would be rewarding. I am also a people person and enjoy meeting new people. There is a good feeling when you choose to spend your time helping others. That is what inspired me to open my own business and I am so happy that I did!
