What makes a great website?
This is the answer no other company or freelancer answers correctly: A great site has many factors that all seem to be the most import, but they're honestly secondary to the first and most important factor --
A great website makes the client more money than they paid for the services, and continues to do so . I concentrate on R.O.I. first (return on your investment in my services for your business success.)
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
These are very individual, but what sites do you like? Are any of them blose enough to your business model to compare effectively? What can we do better? After the site's been built, what kind of marketing would you like to discuss to improve your R.O.I. (return on investment)? What style is your more your aesthetic preference: funky and eye-catching, or minimalist and with concentration on the product, content and brand?
What do you love most about your job?
Great clients who respect the effort that goes into to doing a great job as opposed to one that's just good enough, and recognize that.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I went to Art School, so I was always planning to work outside of the mainstream from childhood.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I get the job done right the first time at an affordable cost and concentrate more on making them profit instead of a pretty site that generates no leads, money or new leads. This is not the answer you'll hear from anyone else.
