He showed up on time, he always checked in during the week to ensure he wasn't going to get flaked on. He didn't complain about it being raining outside. Very professional wore shoe slippers because I had hardwood floors on the lower levels. He didn't complain about the music level or anything. I had service done by CLEAN MASTER!! What a great job.... My basement carpet came out beautiful. I actually was considering taking up the carpet and replacing it or putting Down a tile floor but decided to get it professionally cleaned to see if that might give it back some life! To make a long story short, the carpet came out great, it had heavy traffic patterns on it, m husband has a work shop in the basement and just outside his work area it was heavily soiled from sawdust and his actives. Now you can’t even tell we have used the basement a all. I highly recommend this company. Reasonable pricing, prompt service, polite and on time employees. What inspired you to start your own business?
I was working as a carpet cleaner in another company when I decided I had to step up and create my own company. In 2009 it occurred to me that I could work hard for myself and for others, I took a big risk and with high expectations and great passion we founded Clean Master, LLC
I set my first and most important objective and mission, I wouldn’t just clean carpets, I wanted to help people to build and maintain clean and beautiful homes, I wanted to reward loyal customers and I wanted to provide anybody who contact Clean Master the best customer service because they deserve it.
It’s been 7 years that we’ve been part of this competitive world where you have to be outstanding to be successful and I am confident to say that we rely our success on our customer’s references.
