Emi was incredible! I worked with her and another gentleman to get my purple cocktail dress altered before an event. Alterations to make my dress larger were needed very last minute and they allowed me to drop my dress off and they then took it to their master tailor to be worked on in their Tysons Corner location. I had to get a bridesmaid's dress altered quickly and I was so grateful to find Clean All and their seamstress! Their location is a little hidden (they're off of a main road in Arlington), but they are so friendly and eager to help. Overall, I'm pleased with the service.  I've come a few times seasonally to dry clean coats/jackets/etc.  They always do a great job and I had been brought in by the decent prices listed online, even though it's a bit out of my way.  Since dry cleaning prices around here are either sky high or they destroy your clothes, I was pleasantly surprised and willing to go the extra distance for the discount.  This time, however, when I got home, I noticed that the prices listed on my ticket were higher than normal.  I called and the man who answered was immediately apologetic and explained that their prices had gone up due to their rent increasing, but that he'd give me the previous lower price this time, and later he texted me a copy of my new tickets for reference.  I really appreciated the nice customer service, and they did a great job as usual.The only star deduction is due to how now the prices are closer to the places near my house, no longer really inspiring me to go out of my way. It's cramped, and if you don't get there early, you won't get one of the larger machines (better bang for you buck). With that being said, I'll go back. The washing machines don't look dingy; however, there is some mold between the door and the drum (happens a lot with front loaders but you can just wipe it out).  The dryers work well too.  These machines are above and beyond what my apartment complex offers and I'm glad to give them my service, even though the place has some cons. We have tried this laundromat on 2 separate occasions - once to wash our large comforters and another time when our washer broke and needed to be repaired. For me, a good laundromat should have clean, new(er) washers, good quality dryers, and a change machine. This place meets all of my requirements. The washers and dryers are both in great condition and the prices are very fair. The ladies next door at the dry cleaners are always available to answer any questions or help in any way they can. There are also signs posted with a phone number to call in case a washer/dryer stops working. I would definitely recommend this laundromat to anyone in need of a washer and dryer. More...

While the parking lot and space are small, I went on a weekday, when it was empty. I had large bed linens to be cleaned, before going into storage. The young woman who was staffing the laundromat/dry cleaners was helpful, friendly and responsive! What a joy! When she was not helping a customer acquire their dry cleaning, she was cleaning the machines and the space! I was also very impressed with the quality of the large machines and that everything worked. The dryers were hot and it was clear how much time is available for the money put in. First impression of dry cleaners was a nice and clean establishment. All equipment looked brand new.  What really impressed me was the warm smile and we,come I received upon encountering their customer service staff.  I was supposed to drop off my girlfriends dry cleaner two days before so my main goal was to simply get it done by that evening so I could avoid the wrath of an angry woman. I've learned the cliché in business school that "it takes a lifetime to earn one's business, and seconds to lose it..." Nothing could be further than the truth, only, this business was the opposite: took them a short time to earn my utmost loyal business!  These days, it can be hard to find a good business, with a hard working entrepreneur behind the wheel, providing excellent AND friendly service.  But, not just excellent service--personal service at no added cost.  After catching the metro after a loooong day at work, nothing unsual, only this time, I realized that I just missed my window to pick up much needed dry cleaning for work the next day.  I called frantically, and wouldn't you know, someone answered.  They were clearly closed, but the owner offered to meet me at the shop to let me pick up my uniform--the one day of the week that I actually had to wear them.  I was overcome with relief!  Moreover, I was overcome with the satisfaction that the owner was willing to go out of his way.  This is clearly a testament of someone who genuinely cares for his customers and a proud business owner.  I offered to pay extra for inconveniencing him, but he refused to take the extra money.  I have always been pleased with this business, this situation is out of the ordinary, but clearly the best customer service I have had in recent memory.  I have not only dry cleaned my clothes here, but have also taken my suits to get tailored.  They have always done a great job, and I needed quite a few things altered because I transitioned from wearing a uniform daily to having to wear business suits.  If you need timely, quality, and more importantly, friendly customer service for your dry cleaning, laundering, and alterations needs, then look no further.  They have surely made a loyal customer out of me. Clean All was a small laundromat but has a fair number of machines for the size of the crowd that was there. I had to wash two king-sized comforters, that were too big for my washer. The large capacity washers were $5 a load and I think the dryers were $1.25 for 30 minutes. All in all, the place wasn't fancy, it looks a little rough around the edges. I've lived in the area for 2 years now, and tried just about every dry cleaner within a mile of this place. I'm sticking with this one. The Gateway Westyn hotel we are staying in doesn't have self serve laundry. This place was a mile taxi ride down the street.  It is clean, bright, has cold air conditioning and the attendant has been exceptionally nice.  It is $3. for a large washer load and $1.25 to dry for 30 mins. By far well worth the trip and cost!  The staff is friendly, helpful, sincere and listens well.  It's 1.79/lb for them to wash, dry and fold your clothes.  They put them folded in a large bag tied on top for easy carrying.  They clean everything!  The only real issue is parking.  It's mostly street.  They have a small lot.  Wash and Fold service has shorter hours than the laundry mat they run.  Address says Wilson, but the dry cleaner entrance is really on Florida, which is a narrow street. My washing machine died last week, so this is my second visit to Arlington Clean All. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and are quick to offer suggestions on which machine is right for your load and how much detergent to use. The machines themselves are all commercial quality and in great working order. It's a little tight moving around at times, but not uncomfortable. They have a chance machine, a table to fold your clothes, and rolling baskets to move them around easily.Hope to get my machine replaced soon, but I have to admit it's pretty convenient to do like 7 loads at once!! Every week I bring in loads of clothes for wash and dry cleaning and the come back ready to be worn. My clothes that go in for wash and fold come back clean and organized saving me lots of time.
