Personal Trainers

Jeffery has been so helpful providing a total work out for me after I had knee surgery. His workouts hit all the muscle groups and I have felt so much stronger just after a few months.

Jeff has been an amazing trainer for our son. He not only knows and understands human physiology and fitness, but most importantly, he knows the human heart, how to encourage, support and to push, helping his clients achieve the optimal results and goals. I have a three tier approach to helping my clients reach their goals. 1. I take time to understand where my clients are coming from. Whats their physical & emotional struggles, and how I can best be of service to them. I find out how they like to be motivated, I take stats like, body fat and lean body mass and we come up with healthy/realistic goals. 2. I customized a workout and nutrition plan based on what my clients goals are not my own bias. 3. Most importantly I hold my clients accountable to workouts, eating and mindset.

Consistent effort over time and you can have the body of your dreams. I’ll do my best to make it a fun environment for you to train in, especially if you don’t like the typical “gym” experience.

My clients results is what gets my blood pumping! When they hit milestones in their life that motivates me to keep pushing them to overcome new challenges and keep the workouts engaging.

Over a decade of being a fitness coach, It was a natural progression for me to open up my own gym to help more people. It’s been the greatest decision I’ve made and I am truly thankful for what I have.

Well to be honest, I don’t work with just anyone. I want to make sure we’re a good fit, that you’re committed to change and that you will show up on time and work hard to achieve your goals! I will give you everything I got and even if you have tried gyms and fitness programs in the past I WANT TO BE THE LAST TRAINER YOU NEED! MY GOAL IS TO EMPOWER YOU WITH YOU WITH KNOWLEDGE TO TRAIN YOURSELF AND GET RESUTS! I WANT TO WORK MYSELF OUT OF JOB!

I help people maximize their hard work and dedication with one-on-one, goal-oriented fitness coaching and customized personal training plans.

Everyone deserves a training plan that’s customized for their needs and goals and will help them go beyond what they imagined was possible.

This is more than a great workout. My personal training programs are about providing the one-on-one attention people deserve so they can achieve what matters most to them. I create customized personal training plans that draw upon my methodology and help people succeed.

I want to help people achieve their goals, regardless of what they might be. With this in mind, I seek to understand each person’s unique needs, provide personalized attention, and offer support along the way.

The design of each one-on-one training session is based on an initial consultation and previous sessions. I will adjust plans when needed, whether it means scaling back because of injury, ramping up because a goal has been surpassed, or providing additional motivation when it’s needed most.
