Asking all clients what Cajun experiences they would like to capture with our cuisine?
What do you love most about your job?
Pleasing clients, and making sure that our serving offerings are the best. Cooking is my mental health and it allows me to focus on services.
What inspired you to start your own business?
COVID, and the ability of experiencing the art and science of food and ambiance. My second way of developing the taste of food.
