Sabrina was wonderful!! After my baker dropped out of their promise about a month before my wedding date, I was upset and anxious and Sabrina delivered everything I was hoping for. She is extremely detail-oriented and did not miss any step due to the last minute nature of things. My only regret was not booking with her earlier. I love that she was able to send us sketches of different styles of cakes so we could choose from a variety of options as well. I could not recommend her enough. More...

I ordered a red velvet cream cheese cake for my husband 45th birthday. Mrs. Julia came highly recommended and when I say she put her whole foot into this cake. I never tasted anything like it and im 40! The cake was well decorated and the inside was super moist the cream cheese was very creamy. This cake blew my mine it was amazzzzing! I have ordered cakes from Classic Confections by Julia for several special occasions, and I have NEVER been disappointed. The ordering process was easy (the hardest part was figuring out which flavor profile to choose because everything sounds so good !). Each cake was crafted with loving care and the utmost attention to detail, they were beautiful AND delicious, and they were delivered on time. I moved out of state last year, and every time I saw Instagram posts advertising CC by Julia's cake sales, I died a little inside (I know – dramatic, right?) because I knew I wouldn’t be able to place an order. Well, I saw an ad for a summer cake sale, and it coincided with my most recent visit home, so I ordered two mini cakes – one for me and one for my husband. Yeah, I said it – each of us had our OWN cake! I picked up the cakes on Friday and they were gone a few days later! Both cakes were delicious, but the mini carrot cake was AMAZING! I rarely write reviews, but I am compelled to write this one. Sabrina is the best and I highly recommend her.
