CKO Miami is Amazing🤩. I was in town visiting my cousin & she told me bring your gloves. She had been working out there & was hooked to their phenomenal classes with great instructors. The place is clean and follows strict COVID protocols. Everyone makes you feel welcome & motivated to give it your all. The class was energizing, challenging and fun. The instructors all had their own style & music. Never a dull class in the 5 days I was there. I may need to move to get back to them.
