Personal training with me is targeted to fit around your schedule. I offer our first two sessions free.
First session: Our first session will primarily be a screening called Functional Movement Screening. This allows me to get to know your body, what you are capable of, and also for me to get to know you and your goals.
Second session: This will be our first personal training session based of the FMS test.
After the second session, I charge $50 a session.
