Advanced Cleaning
Our cleaning company worked under a contract with City Wide for over 6 months. We went above and beyond. We even bought the equipment to clean their 60 foot exterior windows because it was listed in our contract. They let us clean all of them on a massive office building before they told us they they gave us the wrong contract and we were not required to clean the windows. They didnt offer to compensate us for our equipment we went out and purchased or our time. Also they canceled our conntract with less than 1 day notice because our employee was vaping in the area right off the property line that they told us we could vape and smoke at. Also they did not pay the final imvoice and we were unable to pay our employees who worked the hours of 2 weeks total. They really did us a disservice by not giving us notice to end our contract or paying us for 2 weeks we staffed their buildings. Their actions were unprofessional and they still have not made it right; they have not paid us for our services rendered. More...
