Loved this place! Went for a pedicure on a Saturday morning, immediately met with a mimosa and my nail tech. The chairs were super comfortable and the ambiance was relaxing. It was my nail techs first day, and I could tell she was a little nervous but she was a perfectionist and I think that's why it took a little longer than usual (about and hour and fifteen minutes). Lovely experience today. It was my first time here. I had a gift certificate from my husband and since I rarely make the time for myself he actually went ahead a booked it. When I showed up expecting a massage and was told he booked a full body exfoliation they were very accommodating and pleasantly switched things around to make it work out. Clean facility. Friendly. Massage was very nice and relaxing. Softer than I'm used to but she seemed to be experienced in her technique. Loved the oils and lotions. My favorite parts of a massage tend to be hands feet face and head and I think we ran out of time because my hands and face weren't touched and head was just a couple seconds at the very end but overall very nice experience. Next time I'll let her know ahead of time that I love hand and face massage. I'll be back to try their mani-pedi. I like that they offer a warm neck wrap during their regular manicure. More...

I go here for their IBX nail repair treatment (works miracles on nails that are peeling or thin from gels) and for pedicures. They are super easy to book online or on the mind body app, and pretty competitive price wise. I also really like that they are open Sundays and every day but Tuesday. I love the cute waiting area and offer of wine, champagne or other drinks. Definitely leave feeling pampered.I mostly see Sovannie but sometimes have seen others based on schedule availability. Very much enjoyed my visit to cotton spa. My masseuse was very professional, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable. I left the spa feeling great . The spa is small, but very comfortable. I just had a really great pedicure at Citron. It was my first time there, and I'd highly recommend it for anyone looking for some pampering and relaxation. After checking in I was led to their waiting room, where there was lemon water to drink, as well as some light snacks for guests to nibble on. As I waited for my esthetician I noticed that the space smelled really lovely. Combined with the relaxing music, that definitely puts you in a calm mindset!Sovannie did a wonderful job with my pedicure and had great attention to detail. Before sitting down, I got to choose my polish color and aromatherapy scent. (I went for the full "Citron Pedicure" which included aromatherapy and a bunch of other nice additions.) The pedicure started with a warm foot soak with bath salts and the scented oil I had chosen. Sovannie then expertly shaped my nails. This was followed by an exfoliating scrub (which smelled amazing), a foot massage with lotion (which also smelled great - kind of like rosemary), and then hot steamed towels. At the end of the hour, the polish was applied. My feet look and feel heavenly! Overall it was a really nice experience and a great way to treat myself for my birthday, which is why I had sprung for the slightly more expensive/longer pedicure service.There are four chairs for pedicures in the nail bar area, so Citron would also be a great place to come with a few friends. I am constantly on the hunt for a good mani pedi place that falls into the perfect price point of not being too cheap, but also not spending my whole paycheck.  Citron has all the vibes and products of a deluxe spa without breaking the bank.  They have a monthly special which I always fall for.  Usually they have a drink that they pair with it.  They constantly fill your glass, and if mimosas or champagne aren't your thing they have a great hot tea selection.  The girls who work here are always lovely, and you will keep coming back for more. I discovered Citron after trying almost all the nail salons in Providence. Citron has a wonderful nail bar in the back with three stations for pedicures and three for manicures. They use Aveda products and all the staff members are friendly and professional. Nancy is the best! They have a cute relaxation room in front with soft music, infused water and snacks. I'm always offered a drink and a warm neck roll upon arrival. After a busy day at work or a stressful day, I look forward to being pampered with a manicure or pedicure here. I love this place, smells awesome, staff is so nice and always smiling. I've been seeing Tatum for a while and she's amazing, makes waxing as painless as waxing can be. I receive a massage from Joshua today and I'll probably never see anyone else, by far the best massage I've ever received, he made me feel comfortable and has a ton of knowledge. My friends and I had an amazing experience at the spa yesterday. We planned a friend's 30th birthday party and 7 of us had mani pedis, facials, massages, and a body polish. The entire process of scheduling was great. We all choose our services and the team at Citron was able to schedule them all for us throughout the day. We were able to setup for the day in the front relaxation room and bring in some drinks and snacks. Every single employee we encountered yesterday created a fantastic experience. My husband and I stopped in for manicure/pedicures before our wedding. This is not our normal thing - so I don't have a lot to compare it to. Not too many male reviews here so let me kick this off. Love your feet! I got my first Man-Pedi 2 years ago after a bit of convincing by my SHG (smokin' hot girlfriend) and I loved the treatment but hated the smell of the place. With Citron Spa I got an amazing treatment leaving my feel feeling softer than a baby's face with none of the caustic fumes of a nail salon. Greeted by a Sunday morning mimosa in their relaxation room, I immediately found my quiet voice (a level I never knew I had) and settled myself into a calm state, ready for my "pampering" (note to self - find manly word to use in place of pampering).The provider, Monique, was attentive and we held a nice conversation throughout the 50 minute service - which is a new thing for me during a pedicure, which I really enjoyed.My feet were soaked, scrubbed and massaged all with products that were only lightly scented so I am not leaving here smelling like I just spent an hour at Yankee Candle. As someone who has worked in spas for ten years, I'm usually hyper critical of my experience. Even with my trained brain scanning for errors (not in a critical way, it's my job, I can't help it) I found none at Citron. The front desk was friendly and warm, showed me into the waiting area where I received a hot pillow for my neck and complimentary mimosa. My massage therapist then came in and introduced herself, said she be happy to give me a few minutes to enjoy my beverage and (very importantly!) reiterated my services to me, making sure that we were both on the same page about my service and being sure that I knew everything my massage entailed (reflexology, aromatherapy etc). I thought this was such a nice added benefit that I rarely see done in the field. When she returned she walked me to the treatment room, showed where to put my things and let me undress and get into the bed. Her massage was FANTASTIC. Again, I've been in this industry a long time and I've worked with a lot of massage therapists. Jessica was excellent. She put deep pressure where it was needed and gave long luxurious strokes as well. She used plenty of massage cream so she was never tugging at my skin. She also did a wonderful head, face and EAR MASSAGE that I thought was so unique. When the service was finished she met me outside with water and encouraged me to stay hydrated, explaining about the toxins she had released with the massage. They also offer a 20% coupon if you book your next appointment while you're there, which I happily did. I've never rebooked at a spa in my life. We got our nails done here for my best friend's wedding. Citron has a wonderful spa feel, but doesn't make you feel out of place. The bride got a manicure and was happy with the results. I absolutely loved it here! I recently just went with my sister for a spa day and we truly got the royal treatment. We were greeted by a warm atmosphere in an adorable waiting room with cucumber water, mimosas, and pastries. We each had a full body massage, facials, body bliss, and pedicures and loved every service. We were even served lunch as part of our package while we had our pedicures done.
