You frequently learn the character of a business when something goes wrong. In my case an order of 18 yellow roses was ordered for me, by my mom, through a third party organization. This third party told Cindy’s floral that it was ok to have the florist pick the bouquet. Unknowingly, they made 1/3 of the bouquet with lilies. I am very allergic to lilies so I knew this wasn’t the bouquet that was ordered by my mom. Amy, the manager, took care of the problem and sent me the 12 roses that she had available. She was very professional, apologized, even though the third party did not have permission to alter the order for 18 yellow roses and even told me how to keep them alive longer. They will have both my mom’s and my business in the future. If it’s customer service that you want, skip the third party and go directly with Cindy’s Floral. Anne Marie More...

Cindy's Florals came through when it counted. I was going to be out of town for my girlfriend's birthday so I wanted a nice bouquet of flowers at an affordable price and Cindy's floral did just that. Not only did Cindy personally help me pick the perfect bouquet, but she made sure that my girlfriend received them on her birthday at the perfect time. I was not just a random customer to Cindy, but someone who she wanted to actually help and take care of. My girlfriend loved the flowers and if she is happy then that is the most important thing. My daughter and I went to Cindy's in March to inquire about lilies for her wedding last Sunday. We ordered the flowers, and with the order we received some great tips for using lilies. Cindy offered the service of "staging" the flowers or ensuring they would be in bloom for the event. When we picked them up on the day of the wedding, they were perfectly bloomed and in a generous container to allow them space as not to bruise. Cindy gave us a few more tips and allowed us to take the large container home to keep them from crashing during transport. I received more than just purchased flowers: She ensured the flowers were perfectly bloomed, called to ensure we knew of limited business hours on the day of pick up, loaned us a large container, educated us, and never tried to up-sell with "I can create the bouquet for you," when we really just wanted to create the bouquet ourselves.Personalized service is a thing of the past, but not at Cindy's Floral! I ordered a sympathy arrangement from Cindy's Floral for the passing of a very young friend. I requested the "Designer's Choice" with full faith that Cindy would create the perfect arrangement. When I received the arrangement I moved to tears. The arrangement she created was unique, beautiful, and expressive of our sympathy to the family of the the beloved.
