We feel so lucky to have had Ruby's Travel set up our adventure to the Dominican Republic for a Destination Wedding of a Family member. Not being world travelers you want it all to go well. It did thanks to them! The resort was beautiful, clean and the friendliest people resided there! From the payment plan set months ahead of time, to the information on the necessary documentation, and the pre arranged transports to and from the resort it was seamless perfection. Customer service makes or breaks a business and Ruby's Travel will be around for a good long time! We cannot thank them enough. Friendliest, most informative staff as well. Cheers to them! Johnna has designed our family trips for close to 10 years! She always found locations and amenities for a wide age range - toddlers up to seniors. Any issues we ever had, which were few and far between, were always handled promptly and professionally. She stayed within the allotted budget and designed different travel options to choose from. I've never been out of the country and wanted to make sure I got the best bang for my buck so I decided to go with Rubys travel. Best-decision-ever! While I was on vacation I had nothing to worry about but to enjoy myself. Barb, helped me and my group of girls and she was beyond helpful and covered everything I could even think to ask, and more. When booking our trip we had a price range and from there Barb helped us pick the perfect resort pertaining to our interests. We went during spring break and didn't want the typical hard core partying resort. Barb couldn't have picked a better place! Upon returning home from my trip, I was already thinking of other places I could go!
