I ordered the Lomo Saltado with the “Mofonguito” Trío, which by the way is not what I thought. They should just say they’re Tostones Relleno, because that’s what they are. The food was good, the seasoning was good. The portions have been downsized from the many times I’ve eaten at the original Cibus location down the street. Took my mother here for her birthday because she’s been wanting to try it. Let me just say they have a variety of choices for food , I wanted everything on the menu.
