We booked Chris for our yearly US event which is a fairly sober affair with an audience that can be challenging. Throughout the whole booking process, Chris was an absolute joy to work with. Kind, quick to reply, funny, flexible, and a consummate professional. Upon arriving at the venue to run a sound check, he even volunteered some of his own equipment without any additional charge.

The performance itself was amazing - he did a wonderful job of staying PG but just barely riding the line so that those of us with, shall we say, less socially conservative senses of humor still got plenty of laughs, while those of a more socially conservative bent still enjoyed the humor without having their sensibilities offended. He also stayed for far longer than we had contracted, doing "walking magic" with the crowd as they got drinks and food afterward. People were absolutely buzzing about his performance and the walking magic the next day, and not a day has gone by since his performance without someone mentioning how much they enjoyed the experience. We will absolutely be talking with him about future events in the DC area.

Lastly - the thing that surprised me most about Chris was that despite all his credentials, all his experience and accolades, there wasn't a whiff of ego about him. He seriously was just the nicest guy and was a real joy to work with. The venue wasn't great and their A/V team had some technical difficulties during his show, but he rolled with the punches without batting an eye and I didn't hear a word of complaint from him about it afterward. He even refused to let me help him pack up his stuff at the end of the night, insisting that I go spend time with our attendees instead. We hired Chris to MCEE and Speak at our Circle of Excellence conference and we could not be more pleased. We flew him to VA Beach and La Jolla, CA for both our East Coast and West Coast team. Our staff gave him a standing ovation multiple times at each event and our leadership staff was so pleased. He's a great magician and is constantly finding a new way to entertain the audience. I've never experienced a dull moment at one of his shows.

A real smack down to all other events we have thrown. Incomparable to anything else we have done for our employees. The only part that was worrying was that we couldn't get the sound system to work, but he was able to fix it within 10 minutes or so and afterwards everything was smooth.
