Pretty solid place for Thai food in and about the Valley Ranch area in Irving. I've had their food on multiple occasions, and I have to say most of the dishes and experiences I've had were good. I recommend their Curry fried rice; I've tried this version and the Thai fried rice and the former definitely comes packed with more flavor and plenty of texture with the crunchy white onions and scallions. Their entrees come with a tom kha soup and spring roll. I love the tom kha soup here, slight kick and the coconut flavor really shines through.In terms of heat level, their higher numbers are definitely NOT going to blow your head off (and when it comes to heat, I'm relatively a wimp), so you can be a little more adventurous.The only disappointment was the one time I tried the chicken satay, which is a staple of any Thai restaurant, which I felt was a little anemic and bland. Although the chicken in itself was moist, it could have benefited from a bit of a char to impart flavor on the occasion that I dined there.Their service is top notch - the servers are very friendly, attentive and the food comes out quick. The restaurant in itself is not very expansive in terms of number of tables, so it can get filled up at peak lunch hours on weekdays - lots of offices close by, so obviously.I'll definitely try more of the food out in the future! Pretty good Thai food that fills up real quick! If you aren't here by 11:30am, expect a wait during the lunch hours. This is pretty much true for all restaurants in Las Colinas. I had to wait by the door for quite a while until I got seated, and there were plenty of people after me who had to do the same.Inside has a good amount of seating but it was completely full when I went. Started with the coconut shrimp (it was okay) and then got beef pad thai, which comes with a small egg roll. They brought me the wrong order but quickly fixed it. Better than I expected. Expectations are definitely set as soon as you drive into the plaza. Every sign was the same in size & color. Frankly, I thought I was about to walk into run down cafe. But I was pleasantly surprised walking in. Interior design was simple and nicely done. Silverware, cups & etc could be a lot better. Despite the unappetizing presentation, the food was on point. Fantastic service & good variety of menu options. Chicken tom kha soup & a spice level 4 shrimp curry will make you never want to try another Thai restaurant in the Irving area. And you know this place is good having to compete with the beloved Our Place it shares a parking lot with. Different cuisines, I know. I don't know how long this place has been open, but it was good. We went at lunch today. They weren't busy, which surprised us, but they should have been. The place was clean, the service was good, and the food was delicious. We had spicy edamame, vegetable spring rolls, pad thai, cashew chicken, seafood salad, coconut shrimp, and drunken noodles. I have been eyeing this Thai restaurant for sometime now, but haven't had the chance to actually dine from them.  Last night, it was one of those lazy nights where I didn't feel like cooking so I decided to UberEats, which is the worst thing to order something during the middle of rush hour traffic. I decided to finally check them out, and ordered their Spicy Red Sauce stir fry with chicken and regular steamed rice. The flavoring/ spice was good; however, it was just missing something.  I don't know if it is more spicy-ness or even salt.However, their Thai samosa and Crab and Cheese wrappers were absolutely delicious.  Yes, I decided to splurge and try these crispy goods.  I may try it again and actually dine in the restaurant next time to see if I change my mind about the "blandness" of the entree. What an awesome discovery! The food here is really good. The pad Thai noodles were really good and very flavorful. They came with a really nice sauce which added to the experience. The icing on the cake was the mango sticky rice. It was clearly one of the best I have ever had! The mango was really tasty and the texture of the sticky rice was so good! Hands down my favorite Thai restaurant in Dallas! There is a lot to choose from on the menu and the taste is superior - making it hard for me to eat anywhere else! This is the type of food that I judge all other Thai food against and nothing comes close. The service is quick and friendly - major plus! It's also BYOB without a corkage fee. Did you hear me on that?!  major props! The only reason I did not give 5/5 stars is because I've noticed changes over the years that I'm not liking. For starters, they removed the yelp discount - sucks but ok. Then they switched from cloth napkins to a cheap paper napkin. Finally, they used to offer a soup or salad at lunch but I went today and that was not the case anymore. Prices are the same but they are cutting costs in other ways which is noticeable. More...

My fiancé and I were craving Thai food and headed to Chilli Thai after reading the great reviews! We came on a Friday night and got one of the last few parking spots as there are quite a few great eateries in the shopping center. Luckily, Chilli Thai was only about a third full so we were seated immediately. My fiancé ordered the Thai fried rice and I ordered the Panang Curry with fried tofu. You can either get soft tofu or fried/breaded tofu in your curry! I chose the fried tofu and loved how it absorbed the flavor of the curry. Both menu items were the perfect amount of food and we were very happy with our meal. They have both lunch and dinner portions and prices, so I'll have to come by and try that as well. More...

Excellent Thai food! We tried the Crab fried rice and the Penang Curry and both were delicious and almost reminded me of Thailand . A big shout out to the excellent 'Thai Tea' as well which was very refreshing.
