First time stop here on a short road trip up the coast, and we will be back! Fishermen's platter tastes like it was freshly caught, and could hear the crunchy crispness when cracking through the perfectly cooked breading! Absolutely delish. Food was fresh, hot and delicious. Great tasting shakes, sweet potato fries, and fries! Loved the portabello sandwich as well. It was a little dry, but I think that's because there was a sauce I had to put on it? I'm vegetarian though so I skipped out on in it case it had mayo. They serve some stuff with the beyond meat burger as well. Went there for a Tulsi Gabbard event and had a great New Year's Eve there. All in all we enjoyed our visit. Greeted and seated promptly and with smiles. Waiter was attentive and prompt. Didn’t get straws with drinks (water and a Diet Coke). Ordinarily I wouldn’t ding for that but we did ask and still didn’t get any. I had the portobello mushroom melt and my dining companion had a chili cheeseburger. Seemed to take an exceptional long time to get our order and the restaurant did not appear to be that busy. But I will say our waiter was attentive and checked in with us while we waited, it was after 7 so I understand that the rush is over and the kitchen is probably starting to wind down for the evening, our waiters section seemed to be a little full but he managed it well. Awesome service was seated on a very busy Sunday with a party of 6 in less than 5 minutes. Waitress was very pleasant and even with a full diner she made the rounds and kept our coffee filled.
