Tonight I pulled up to the drive through to order my kids dinner. The car in front of me had a young woman and a few kids. Her card was declined. As the woman drove up to the window the woman expected them to attempt to swipe her card again. Instead the workers handed her the food she ordered and told her to have a wonderful evening. I came in to get some food a couple days ago at the severna park location. I got a lg. Chicken soup and a 12 pc nugget. I didn't check my food because you guys are usually really good about getting orders right. However I didn't notice until I got home that I got a 4 pc. chicken strip instead of my 12 pc nugget. Soup was good though! I went to the chik-fil-a in Annapolis today and the soup was awful, the carrots and celery were hard and didn't seem to be cooked all the way and there were hardly any noodles � Of course I didn't know until I came home and I live in Pasadena. No way I'm driving back to Annapolis! Also Annapolis got my order wrong as well. Except this time I checked because of my experience at the severna park location the other day. Ugh. More...

Ordered two spicy chicken meals and a cookie about 730pm 9/1/2017. I had to remind them to give me my two drinks at the pick up window, got home and the cookie wasn't in the bag. At least the sandwich was good.
