I want to take some time to greatly thank CFA, but specifically the Braselton location. Wow, have I been impressed with this location overall. Recently, I began to plan a small bday get-together for our youngest son and from the very first contact with this CFA, they made things “run” as smooth as possible for me. The staff was beyond helpful in the planning process, always making sure I received the resources needed. Unfortunately, due to sickness in our home, the gathering had to be cancelled. This process was super easy with the staff at this location as well. However, they went above and beyond during the cancellation process. The staff not only helped me cancel things like setup, the preordered catering, and such but also took it upon themselves to provide “a light in the mess”. It was a bummer to cancel this small event because it was a first birthday for one of our kids. But the staff here made things a little brighter for us. They decided to send us a little treat via the CFA App, never complaining of the fact that previous planning and such now had to be cancelled, and that took extra work of them. This little treat made me smile and really appreciate CFA as a whole, even more. What a blessing in disguise and much appreciated. The staff didn’t have to do that but chose to help out our family and go above and beyond. This right here, is just another reason why our family loves CFA as a whole, but specifically, this location. Along with the delicious food we always receive of course. How generous, hard-working and thoughtful these employees are here. Many CFAs don’t have ample parking, but this one DOES! I was blown away by the size of the parking lot. Even though it was lunch time, there was no line because they were running on all cylinders. All of the employees that I encountered were efficient and friendly. While I brought my reusable straw with me so as not to waste plastic, I thought it was a nice touch to have my drink ready for me. I came through the drive-through at lunchtime today and before I could even order I realized that I had forgotten my wallet. The girl taking orders just smiled and told me that I would be their guest today. My entire order was free! I can’t tell you how good it felt to be cared about in that way. My family stopped at this location this weekend. We were met with smiles from the parking lot. Everyone was so kind, helpful and accommodating. I went 9-10-2019 and had cancer removed from my face , it was a very long surgery and very stressful, after it was over my hubby was hungry so we stoped by this chick to order our food, a very sweet lady was standing outside and took our order she saw the bandages on my face and as if I was ok, I told her I had just had surgery and she was very kind in saying hope you feel better soon, she also said our lunch was on them. How sweet is that to have a crazy , painful morning and than get treat lunch by sweet strangers.
