Our instructor Don was excellent and entertaining. He was very strict on the safety issues, handling of firearms, and gun laws. The videos are boring BUT they will help save your life and help protect your legal rights. Don also has a variety of firearms for the class to get a hands on feel and what to do in the event you have a malfunction. You don’t need a FOID card to take the carry conceal class but I highly recommend getting one prior to class if you want to purchase a firearm right after shooting at the range like I did (M&P 40 Shield).
