Chef Rozanna and her crew really rocked my wedding reception event. The guests all raved over the exquisite food prepared and were further wowed by the professionalism, charm, and sweetness that her staff exuded. From the point that l hired her, Chef Ogneva kept me informed of all the nuances of her menu and even contributed key ideas throughout the planning stages that made this celebration a festival that l only could have dreamed of. Food and beverage is a huge part of any soirée and the fact that Rozanna and her troops were so on point, l was left worry-free from that part of my diiner. Rozanna and her team performed their duties so proficiently and skillfully, this gathering was my most favorite and memorable occasion of my life and for this…l will forever be eternally grateful. What’s your signature dish?
I have to say my 5 day marinated wood fired beef tri tip. My clients go crazy over it I make so many different types of cuisine. Thai French Italian Latin Wine country etc. I make my own foccacia rolls crackers etc
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I first talk to the client and get an idea what they like and go from there.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting so many interesting people and working in the most beautiful homes.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My daughter inspired me to start cooking. I wanted her to eat healthy. Then I became a private chef. One day a friend outside of a winery was listening to me talking to a caterer. My friend said " Rozanna why dont you become a caterer" The light bulb went off and the very next day I started my business and my first customer"s name was Rosanna Black. So it was meant to be.
