I've been anxious to try Chef Rob's Caribbean Cafe ever since my wife and I relocated to Sandy Springs, GA. This restaurant is located in a nice shopping center off of Roswell Rd. At Chef Rob's there are two sides, a bar with great music that has a standard dress code (no sportswear) and the restaurant! I love Caribbean food and the powerful flavors that it brings! I tried the jerk pasta entree, and this comes with chicken and shrimp with jerk cream .($20) My wife had the Mango Chicken entree that has default sides of coconut rice and plantains($20). My wife wanted to replace both of these sides with sides of equal value ($2). However, the waiter informed us that there is a $1 up charge for any side that is replaced. This is something I did not like. My entree had great taste and my wife enjoyed her meal as well. I'd say that the jerk pasta was a little too heavy with the salt but still overall great taste.I'd like to return here for a night out in their lounge area to enjoy the vibes of good music, drinks, and maybe even hookah soon! This place has some really good mac n cheese. I go here often around lunch time and it's never too packed. They also have a rewards program for frequent visitors. I recommend the jerk chicken or the seafood pasta. So delicious! Plenty of parking. More...

This is always a nice place to visit. A bit pricey but the portions are large. Thursday-Saturday you can hear good music in the lounge area. I always get the whole fish pan fried with brown stew sauce. Our server was a bit dizzy but other than that it was a good experience. I love Chef Rob's. I work down the street and their food truck comes to my job all the time. I decided to visit the store location on a Friday and it was pretty low key. I will say that the young lady(light skinned, wears a a high bun) that serves as the bar tender/hostess has a very nasty, unwelcoming attitude. She greets you stone faced, loud and abrupt..does not seem friendly or genuine at all. I called in my order for pick up, but wanted to change it and she took a deep breath as if I was irritating her. Not sure if I caught her on a day and she just wasn't feeling it, but I will remember my first experience in the store location and it wasn't pleasant thanks to her. This was my third time here. The food was not like past visits. I ordered the jerk wings which I order each time. They had a burnt taste. I was very disappointed. The lady next to order the same thing as shared the same sentiments. I don’t know if the number of there affected the quality of food but I was very disappointed. This was my first time trying Chef Rob's after a couple people recommended it. I came for lunch before work and was seated right away. The atmosphere was nice. I ordered the combination lunch with oxtail and curry goat. I don't think I've been to a Caribbean restaurant where you can order two proteins in the same meal. There was enough foo for me to have leftovers, which is always a plus. When I was done eating I asked for a box, which came out promptly, but I was waiting a little while for my check and then for payment to be charged. This is my New Favorite restaurant in all of the USA!!! Growing up in Toronto there was always great Jamaican food available but when I moved to the United States in 2004 I was greatly disappointed until I found Hero’s Lounge in Dallas. Well This place is even better then Hero’s. I had the jerk chicken, rice & peas and plantain. I saw they had garlic coco bread on the menu and had never tried it so I thought, why not. Wow... it was soooo good!!! The rum punch I had while they prepared my meal was also delicious!! The staff were all super friendly and attentive. When in Atlanta make sure you come eat here. My friend and I decided to go out for some music and good carribean food. So we landed on this place. The atmosphere was very elegant and it was not crowded as I thought it would be. We were seated right away. I ordered the Jerk wings and Jerk Egg rolls which were very good. The drinks very very good too. We also got Hookah but they ran out of the flavors we wanted. Well i must say the service was great the waitress was friendly with a smile and anyone that can  deal with my husband n his million question about everything on the menu n keep a smile on her face is good because i want to chop him in his throat lol.
