Was planning my daughter's grad party and I had planned on having a restaurant cater but due to circumstances they could no longer provide food. I never used Bark before so I wasnt sure how it worked but once I submitted my request, Chef Percia was quick and responsive! Communicating with her was seamless, she created a menu based on my daughter's picky requests and accommodated for some dietary restrictions we had. The event couldn't have gone better and all the food was fantastic! Everything was fresh and tasted wonderful, even after a couple hours of hosting, I was so impressed with the flavors of the food. We had such an incredible experience with Chef Percia!! She wowed us the day of our wedding with the most delicious food. We hired Coastal Cooking for our wedding in early March and I can't say enough positive remarks about this company, we truly enjoyed every bit of it . We decided on a buffet style for 65 guests and it was just perfect, such a beautiful setup and truly the most delicious beef tenderloin and salmon. Her and her team came by before the guests arrived with a ton of finger foods and small bites, making sure every last detail was perfect. Chef Percia and her team did an incredible job for our wedding in November 2022. We decided on a 3 course meal for about 75 guests and they did a superb job accommodating our dietary preferences and picky eaters! The plates were stunning and delicious, and me and my husband could not be happier with the results. Since this was a very special day for us, we needed constant communication, taste testing, and meet ups before the big day and Chef Percia was there for us on every matter. What’s your signature dish?
Anything Mediterranean! I love healthy, conscious eating. I take advantage of seasonal ingredients and listen to nature when creating a menu for my clients.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
After gaining further details from my client on dietary preferences and dish ideas, I create a menu with delicious options to choose from and from there we narrow down the final menu dishes.
What do you love most about your job?
The satisfaction of feeding and nourishing people. Bringing people together to enjoy a wonderful dinner that enhances their experience of that event.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Freedom of creativity, wanting to put my all in my own dishes without the influence of others dictating what I can and cannot serve.
