Great discovery if you're looking for something a bit different. The ceviche of mixed seafood is excellent as an appetizer or on it's own. The empanadas are delicious and reasonable, same for the crispy yucca with cheese sauce and the green tamal. The one item that was mildly disappointing was the salchipapa - crispy french fries with "angus beef sausage" covered in 3 sauces. It was simply a sliced hot dog on fries, I thought maybe the sausage would have a more unique taste and so did the others at my table. Amazing Peruvian restaurant. It's my go to place for chicken chaufa and lomo saltado. Authentic, flavorful, and pleasant service. I'll keep coming back for sure :)

My favorite Peruvian place in town! A bit far from Milwaukee downtown, located in West Allis, this place has all the good stuff to offer in Peruvian cuisines. We came here during lunch and got seated right away. Our server came to our table and politely enquired if we had been there before. We came here right before visiting Peru this year and loved everything we ordered. We ordered the ceviche, a deviled eggs dish which had a very flavorful sauce, a veg fried rice with veggies and plantins and a chicken dish recommended by the staff. The ceviche was delicious and was we really enjoyed the chicken speciality as well. They have great recommendations if you tell them what kind of food you would like to have in terms of species or meatsz I would love to come here in the evening and try out some of their delicious cocktails ... Oh a good Pisco sour would be just about amazing! Parking during the day was easy to find, we got a spot right in front and I am hoping given the neighborhood, it would be just as simple in the evening! Just got back from Peru and I seriously think this food is better ! Golly, west allis! who would have thought? Start with a pitcher of their homemade chicha morada (purple corn drink, it’s amazingly refreshing) & then I recommend the fish ceviche, papa rellena, anticucho (beef hearts—just trust me on this one! ), chicken empanadas, anything with yellow chili sauce & Chupe de camarones! Easy to get to, bright and inviting once there. Familiar menu but not quite customary or typical for Latin food we know. Great wait staff who were comfortable with their job.
