What’s your signature dish?
I cook with the freshest ingredients for all cuisines. My go to is Mediterranean /California Infusion of ingredients, blending flavors and cooking techniques.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I listen to all the details of what they want, what they need and what they expect. I work continuously with the Client.
What do you love most about your job?
Creating memorable events for people! Fulfilling all the expectations and then some for the client.
What inspired you to start your own business?
More and more clients kept telling me to go full steam into Catering rather then just privately cooking for events.

I spent the last 15 years working privately, traveling around the World with a Jazz Legend learning about new cuisines and techniques from my travels.
