Chef Nia is truly exceptional. We hosted a small dinner party and we’re looking for a Michelin-star level meal and she more than delivered. She brought elegant flowers for the table, cooked and beautifully plated 4 courses that were bursting with flavor and seasonally perfect. A sweet corn soup with fresh herbs, beautiful summer salad, perfectly cooked sea bass, and a homemade strawberry cheesecake that was literally the best I’ve ever had. My husband and I love good food and it is rare that we are so impressed by each course, but Chef Nia exceeded all of our expectations. We hope we can work with her again soon! More...

Nia was very professional. The steaks were perfectly seasoned, perfect temperature for my family and flavorfilled. Everything was in-point, and Chef Nia was so personable! The event planning was from MD, happening in WI, and Chef Nia hired online from IL, this could’ve gone all kinds of wrong. Chef Nia was WONDERFUL!! We’ve never had a personal chef cook dinner for us before so I wasn’t sure what exactly to expect. Chef Nia was helpful throughout the entire process and answered all of my questions in a quick and timely manner. She was also incredibly flexible with menu changes.
