Chef Missy and her staff are wonderful.  I found her via yelp when searching for a caterer for my Father's 75th birthday dinner.  It was a surprise party with a small group of his closest family and friends, and I was planning it from 6000 miles away.  When I first spoke with Missy I felt I could trust her with this very special event. She was going to be away for the actual date, but she created the menu and assured me her staff would do an excellent job the day of and they did!  Eric, Amy, and Brooke arrived on time and brought everything together beautifully.  My Father rarely says something is 'delicious' but that was his reaction to his porter house.  Another guest said the salmon was the best she every had!  Amy went above and beyond to make sure everything went well, she is truly a gem.  The staff were very professional and left the kitchen spotless.
